Why Should You Care
The objective of the Pokhra Foundation is to ensure a much higher quality of education for children in the vicinity of the Pokhra Village. There are 3-4 schools already there in the area but marred by bad administration and lack of interest of teachers, leading to a gap that the Foundation is aiming to fill.About the cause
Pokhra Foundation aims to help the Aisle Schooldays Academy. A school setup by a passionate local teacher, it aims to help educate and upskill children studying from Classes 1- 8 living in a dispersed area around the hills.

2. Subsidised travel for students living far from the school
Area of Work
Besides the children’s school, their efforts also cover, 1. Creating awareness and drive improvement in the socio-economical aspects of all residents of the village and its surrounding regions, 2. Improve living conditions and the overall lifestyle of the population in its catchment area.
